2. Click “FORGOT your Password” (refer pic attached)


3. It will bring you to : https://www.rhbtradesmart.com/prt/forgotPassword.xhtml


4. Fill in your info and click Reset password.


5. Temporary password will be send to your Email that registered with RHB (when account opening).

(Please contact me to reconfirm email if you forgot.)

Please UPDATE your email to CORRECT email  to speed up your Reset Password process.  
MAKE SURE your Email is valid, and correct.
